Planning Notice Policy

To ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed, a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required for all events. This allows adequate time to secure vendor availability, coordinate logistics, and create a seamless experience. Requests made within four weeks of an event are subject to availability and do not guarantee the full realization of the client’s desired vision.
