Vendor Recommendations & Coordination

Curated recommendations for photographers, officiants, florists, hair & makeup, transportation, and more.
I handle all vendor communication and confirm timelines and details on your behalf.

Custom Mini Timeline

A beautifully structured, relaxed timeline that allows space for exploration, portraits, private vows, and celebration.

Décor & Styling Support

Assistance with simple décor, florals, or sentimental touches that elevate your ceremony space while keeping the moment intimate and meaningful.

Extensive decor set up will be an additional price for add on time for adequate completion dependent on items and time reviewed and determined by the coordinator

Legal Guidance Review

Information on marriage license requirements, witnesses, officiant options, and local regulations based on your chosen location.

Optional Enhancements

  • Picnic setup for the couple post elopement $500

  • Private dinner or mini reception coordination (up to 4 hours) $500

    • Includes organization of a small reception or dinner of max of 50 guests, decor set up prior to elopement , vendor reach out, and timeline creating and execution.

      • 2 hours of reception time
