  • Coordination and communication with all vendors, including contracts and deadlines

  • Ensuring all vendors are aligned with your vision and timeline

  • Vendor research and booking requires dedicated time and industry expertise. For clients seeking a more hands-off experience, vendor search and booking on my behalf is available for an additional $200. Alternatively, clients may remain in the driver’s seat by booking vendors directly; in this case, I will provide guidance and assist with all vendor communication after bookings are secured.

Budgeting & Financial Guidance

  • Creation of a detailed budget tailored to your priorities

Timeline & Logistics Planning

  • On the day decor set up (limited and may require additional time added)

  • Direction for props, signage, and other decorative details

Optional Enhancements

  • Additional Time

    • $100 / Extra Hour or $50 / 30 Minutes

  • Extra hours = extra ease. More time means a smoother timeline and no rushed details.

  • Can be used as extra event hours or decor set up

  • Additional time is available as an optional add-on for select services but may be required depending on the complexity or needs of your event. Any required additional time will be determined at my discretion to provide the best quality service.
