All culinary elements must be arranged through the couple or a licensed caterer of your choosing. In alignment with state health regulations, By Hannah Andrews LLC does not pack or remove leftover food or drinks at the conclusion of the event. This ensures your celebration remains both seamless and compliant.

What’s Included

Vision & Style

  • Determine the couple’s aesthetic (boho, romantic, modern, cozy, minimalist).

  • Confirm color palette and vibe.

  • Discuss dietary restrictions or food preferences.

Location Selection

  • Assist in choosing a scenic, accessible area near the ceremony, photo location or the couple's choosing.

  • Confirm permits if required (parks, beaches, overlooks).

  • Check accessibility for setup and breakdown.

Timing

  • Aim to set up at a reasonable time.

  • Ensure picnic is ready when they arrive for the private moment.

  • Coordinate with the photographer for ideal lighting (sunset preferred).

  • Coordinate with couple’s selected food vendor for times, set up, and logistics

Transport & Setup

  • Pack décor provided by the couple or rented by me

  • Arrive early to set everything up (20–40 minutes depending on complexity).

Communication

  • Share a pin drop or map with the couple.

  • Confirm timing with photographer and officiant to ensure smooth transitions.

Enjoyment & Privacy

  • Give the couple space to enjoy the moment alone.

  • Stay within a reasonable distance for support but out of sight for photos.

Breakdown & Clean-Up

  • Return after the designated time for breakdown.

  • Pack up décor and return couple’s belongings

    By Hannah Andrews LLC is not responsible for packing up leftover food for couples for health and safety reasons. Decor left with the coordinator needs to be picked up by the couple or another respective party member of the couple within an hour of event end time otherwise it will need to be picked up at another scheduled time and date approved by Hannah.
