  • Rehearsal Coordination (up to 1 hour) – Guiding your wedding party through the ceremony with confidence and ease.

  • Prior Event Set-Up (up to 1 hour)– Arriving early to prepare the space, décor, and details ahead of time.

  • Event Coordination (up to 3 hours)– Managing the evening’s schedule, vendor arrivals, and guest experience.

  • Smooth Evening Assurance – Overseeing every detail so you can relax and savor the night.

  • Breakdown & Wrap-Up (up to 1 hour) – Coordinating clean-up and ensuring everything is packed away flawlessly.
