Rehearsal Dinner Includes: (up to 6 Hours)

• Rehearsal Coordination(up to 1 hour) – Guiding your wedding party through the ceremony with confidence and ease.

• Prior Event Set-Up(up to 1 hour)– Arriving early to prepare the space, décor, and details ahead of time.

• Event Coordination(up to 3 hours)– Managing the evening’s schedule, vendor arrivals, and guest experience.

• Smooth Evening Assurance – Overseeing every detail so you can relax and savor the night.

• Breakdown & Wrap-Up (up to 1 hour) – Coordinating clean-up and ensuring everything is packed away flawlessly.

  (All décor and personal items are the responsibility of the couple or their designated representative and must be removed following the event, as the coordinator does not store or retain belongings.)

Optional Enhancements

• Additional Time

  • $100 / Extra Hour or $50 / 30 Minutes

• Extra hours = extra ease. More time means a smoother timeline and no rushed details.

• Can be used as extra event hours or decor set up

• Additional time is available as an optional add-on for select services but may be required depending on the complexity or needs of your event. Any required additional time will be determined at my discretion to provide the best quality service.
